The main job of a fulfillment center is to send products, print packing slips to accompany the product, pick, pack and ship services, return processing, transportation and logistics and virtual assistants. Packing Slips These can be printed with the company logo, address and other contact information. The list of products in the box are listed on the skip along with the price paid for each item, taxes and shipping cost along with the final total. Pick, Pack and Ship This is a service that picks the ordered items from a warehouse or stock room. This might include labeling products, hand checked quality assurance or product cleaning to be done before shipping to a customer. A kit may need put together before it is sent out. Transportation and Logistics We use our services to provide shipping by air, intermodal (inside a shipping container), LTL (less than truckload), train or truck. We use all different kinds of shipping companies. This may vary depending on what fulfillment center the seller decides to use.

Return Processing No matter what is sold there will always be returns. We create a return process in our fulfillment center that meets the requirements set by the seller. The seller may set a certain limit on the return policy, e.g. 30 day money back guarantee. We create a policy that is for you and the items are returned to us and processed. The items can then be repackaged and resold, liquidated, the product can be tested or donated to charity.
