If the language is complicated, odds are that company is trying to make it impossible for you to ever get refunds. If it’s simple, however, this is a great sign the company is easy to work with. If the customer service people are easy to work with and explain things well, then that’s also a good sign. If they get upset or frustrated when you ask questions or don’t seem to understand what they are saying, find another company.
